ABOUT
ATOC soundlab, founded in 2023 in Berlin by Argentinians Francis, Manuela, and Jimena, aims to enhance the quality of artists’ work by addressing challenges in the music industry. By reviewing old practices and establishing new ones, they challenge the idea that “music is broken.”
Operating as a booking and music production company, recording studio and cultural management organization, ATOC soundlab invites rethinking touring, recording spaces, music management, technology, and social responsibility. They are committed to fostering sustainable conditions for the music world and creative work.

LIVE
ATOC Soundlab specializes in organizing music productions, including concerts, tours, events, and booking. We aim to connect artists with performance opportunities, creating memorable experiences for both artists and audiences. As promoters, we carefully select inspiring musicians and venues that resonate with the artist’s identity. We support artists at all career stages and collaborate with talents worldwide.
RECORDING STUDIO
(Tricone Studios, Funkhaus Berlin)
ATOC soundlab is based at Tricone Studios within Berlin’s iconic Funkhaus, a historic DDR-era radio and recording studio along the Spree River, now a major cultural hub.
Francis Stuart Milne, ATOC’s in-house engineer and producer, has 20 years of experience across diverse styles. His credits include Andres Calamaro, Bandalos Chinos and Chechi De Marcos in LATAM, as well as EERA, Grimson, and Lucie Frank in Berlin, among others.
Artistic Workshops and Community Building
ATOC’s workshops focus on musical education and building community, with opportunities for touring musicians.
Live Sessions
ATOC’s live sessions promote content for artists with professional visuals.

Solidarity Album Initiative
In partnership with Fundación Besares Argentina—whose ongoing Solidarity Album project serves as our track record—we are now bringing its “Give & Receive” model to Germany. Through this approach, we cover recording costs for emerging artists who, in return, conduct workshops in underprivileged communities, promoting social inclusion through music.

SOCIAL IMPACT
ATOC Social Impact is dedicated to creating positive social change through music and the arts. Our mission is to inspire and foster community transformation.
Our music residencies combine professional studio recording sessions with a commitment to social change. Participating artists record and produce new material in a professional studio, then “give back” by sharing skills and mentoring disadvantaged communities through workshops and collaborative music-making. This exchange fosters cultural dialogue, promotes inclusion, and strengthens artistic and social bonds—demonstrating how music can drive meaningful impact.
